When you work closely with players from a storied national team, and live with them through the details of pressure, ambition, fear, hope, and despair, you realize that football isn’t just effort on the field, an analytical studio, or an enthusiastic commentator.

Football is a complete mental, physical, psychological, and life experience, and that was the core idea behind “Building the Player.”

I saw players with golden skills… but unaware of their own worth.
A bit of awareness, a bit of guidance… could have put them on the path to professionalism, and their value would’ve been much higher. But their problem was that they were lost, confused, unsure where to even begin.

And that’s when I realized my true role wasn’t just to give them exercises, but to stand with them as a mentor and guide,
helping them build a complete professional system… and giving them the strength to implement it.

The goal isn’t just a skilled player… but a player who is mentally and physically professional and life-ready,
before being a professional player in a club or a league.

I also realized my role wasn’t just with the player… but with their parents, their family, and the home that shelters them.
Because the journey to professionalism in football starts with a clear plan… and everyone has a role to play in it.

And that’s where my real mission began:
